Payment

Hazeone Art receives payment via the following payment cards, including Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Alternatively, we also accept a regular bank transfer. When paying by debit card, the amount will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

VAT

All prices are included VAT

The VAT rate is 5% on all originals.
The VAT rate will be 25% on any printed items.

The VAT will always appear on the invoice you receive by email as confirmation of your purchase.

Trade in security

Hazeone Art encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons can not read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Delivery

Hazeone Art arranges delivery by freight forwarder (unless otherwise stated when ordering) to the recipient’s address. You can expect to receive your goods within max. 5-10 business days. Timely delivery, however, presupposes that the shipping company complies with its normal delivery times.

Should the item be backordered or otherwise delayed, you will be notified by email or phone. In the event of delays with the shipping company, Hazeone Art can not be held responsible for the delays.

The price for shipping and delivery depends on size of order and destination.

Right of complaint

Hazeone Art provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during the usual examination of the product must be notified to Hazeone Art within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement if necessary. crediting. In connection with complaint cases, Hazeone art bears return costs to a reasonable extent.

Return of goods also takes place at this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or handing over the item in person with us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.

Refund

In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods which are canceled before dispatch, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and Hazeone Art therefore needs information on the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be provided per. email or other traditional form of correspondence.

Reservations regarding Limited Editions

Limited editions are only available in a limited edition. Due to high demand, limited editions expire quickly and may expire overnight.

Hazeone Art reserves the right to reject limited edition orders if the order size exceeds the number of limited editions. Here it is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Hazeone Art owns all rights and reserves the right to publish selected works in several different sizes and on several types of mediums (for example but not limited to: canvas, paper, wood, metal, t-shirt, skate deck) as limited editions or HPM editions. For example, a limited canvas print may later be released as a limited edition on paper in a different size.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. You must notify us within this period that you wish to refund the item. You then have 14 days to return the item. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself. You can undo a purchase even if the item has been used. An item is only used if it is used in addition to what is possible by trying out the item in a physical store. If the product has been used, a concrete assessment must be made of what the product as used can be sold for to another consumer. A possible impairment, the consumer must not be returned.

Personal Information GDPR

No personal information registered Hazeone Art will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is securely stored in the Hazeone Art database. The information will only be used by the current owner of Hazeone Art and its employees.

The shop system uses so-called cookies to control the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is simply the name of a file that is stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save its own address information for the next visit. If you want to delete this information at a later time, this can be done via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, this is done, for example, via the menu “Functions” and the menu item “Internet settings”.

During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. The actual “contract” (purchase agreement) is not stored at Hazeone art in such a way that you can later log in and see / change status.

In addition, we register the IP address from which any purchases are made. The information is usually not used, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police!
